White wines in the north of Serbia are mostly on the sandy ground and they have a tradition in grapevine breeding lasting over 2000 years.

The specific characteristic of sandy ground is in high level of calcium and as a result we obtain increadibly pure and extinguished flovours.

Red wines in the south-east of Serbia on the historical hilly area full of vineyards of Negotin and Rajac village; traditionally excellent climate for breeding this specific kind, not so steep south slopes with the altitude of 270 metres are essential precondition for superior grapes which consist of high level of sugar and some extracts.

To breed and take care of the vineyards is under survaillance some of the world-famous experts in that fild. All yields are under control; 7 tons of grapes per ha is maximum as far as white sorts are concerned and 5 tons of grapes per ha for the red ones.
