Pinot Noir is an extremely sensitive sort both in vineyards and in the winery. It is distinguished by the purple PINOT color with the hints of reddish brown on the edge. Its flavor implies red fruit (black currant, and ripe strawberry), with the mild touch of meat. The wine flavors are full of aromas of singed wood, vanilla and spice. On the palate (in the mouth) it is felt the excellent balance, velvet tannins, pleasant bitterness and good persistency. This wine offers the taste of all characteristics of delicate, elegant and unobtrusive pinot noir, exactly the one it is supposed to be.
