The world famous manufacturer of Next juices , has turned towards the world of wine , at the beginning of his WOW Winery , accelerating like one would on the Formula One lane , reaching magnificent results worth admiring less than one year . The testing credentials for one of his wines says :'Perfect'.

It is said that the smell is the soul of wine .

In ancient times , from the very first human experiences with making of divine drink , it has been recognised by smell. It was the gate through which a man entered into the world of exquisitive sensitivity ; into a space of unique sensations , melting into , converging with the essence , with the soul of the wine .

A growing tendency for popularisation and expansion of the wine culture , in the media , unfortunately we forget about the soul of the wine .The fragrance of the wine is somehow not the most important , and it is hidden behind the other properties of this divine elixir .

Živojin Djordjević , the owner of WOW Winery , founded in 2006 , is convinced , that it is important to restore the fragrance of wine , its ancient and essential property.

What is the basis for this divine optimism?

It all become clear when we remind our readers that Zivojin Djordjevic is the creator of one of the most popular and most successful brand in the history of Serbian economy – Next juices.

Since he has been enjoying wine as a hobby , he defined his flavour and personan span , which is a mixture of variety of high-quality wines . He meticulously collected and selected from vineyards from all over the world , so that his collection consists of 5000 bottles .

The owner says , the fragrance hides and reveals everything ; the fragrance of the wine is the axe around which everything should be spinning; through the fragrance that intixicates we can tell everything about the wine. It enables us to go back in time and see the vineyards from which the grapes were picked . It gives us the chance to recognise its quality and kind . Like through a mirror , the fragrance of the wine reflects the technology of wine manufacturing as well as its age and style .

As I belong to the kind of people who search for beauty , as opposed to fault in wine . I know that without the soul of the wine expressed through fragrance , the great quality wines can not surface

The bottles are not positioned inside the carton vertically; instead they are laid horisontally , and the cork is perpetually soaked in wine , in accordance with the dominant world standard .

From the technological aspect we have achieved both technical and technological maximum. We have reach the climax in that sphere , said Zivojin Djordjevic. Thanks to this , up to 80% of the manufacturing process is covered by technology and softver and remaining 20% is covered by human creativity . This relationship between these two factors is inevitable wine manufactiring , in order to minimise any errors made by men .

This pose a question how does one approach the overall process of manufacturing ?

I started from the end and I worked my way backwards towards the beginning , says Zivojin Djorjevic . If only one aspect in this process chain in not exercised the way it should than the end result will not be satisfying , no matter what we do to improve it. In each aspect of wine manufacturing , Zivojin continues , beginning from the single grape through to «kljuka». we must always obtain top quality . Each phase alone , must be the best, and if so , than the final result of the wine will inevitably be the best quality.

Facts speak for themselves – not only is the fragrance the soul of the wine, but the wine hides truth in itself.
